The SSTUWA is delighted to continue to offer a series of forums designed specifically for new or aspirant leaders during 2018. These forums are designed for teachers who have recently moved into or are considering moving into new leadership roles in their school. This includes roles such as Level 3 CRT, HOD, HOLA, Curriculum Leader, Program Coordinator or Deputy.
The forums will provide aspiring leaders the opportunity to build the skills, knowledge and understandings essential to successfully work in, and build collaborative organisations across a school setting.
The first forum for 2018 will focus on how to build mentally healthy workplaces that optimize performance at all levels.
Join this forum to learn about The Vibrant Workplace™.
The Vibrant Workplace™ workshop will explore a leadership model that works on motivating, supporting and holding people accountable for choosing to be the best they can be. It is a strengths and values-based approach to people management. The model will support individual wellbeing and impact on leadership development, organisational culture change, team building and performance management.
