This one day course is designed for experienced Union Representatives and Deputy Representatives; particularly those Union Representatives who have completed any previous Level One, Level Two or Three Union Representative training.
The training will provide essential knowledge and skills in effective workplace consultation and negotiation.
Participants will explore the legal principles of consultation and apply their negotiation skills in a range of scenarios including School Workload Advisory Committees.
On completion of this course Union Representatives will have:
