Join us for the final Aspirant School Leader Forum for the year. This is a TUT approved event and it is not a pre-requiste to have attended previous forums.
The forum is designed for classroom teachers looking to move into any school leadership role the future. If you are new to or considering moving into a new role or postion such as a Level 3 CRT, HOD, HOLA, Curriculum Leader, Program Coordinator or Deputy, then these events are for you.
The forums provide aspiring leaders the opportunity to build the skills, knowledge and understandings essential to successfully work in, and build collaborative organisations across a school setting.
Each forum will be facilitated by one of three highly experienced directors/senior consultants from the PDT Consultancy group - Ian Crosby, Faye Harris and Vanessa Herbert. Each bring over 20 years experience in organisational and human resource development and have specialist experience working in educational contexts and with leaders across the Public Sector.
This forum will explore the nature of difficult situations. Participants will examine how they and others look at and react to different situations at work. We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work. We wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and future - and acknowledge the important role all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within Australia. We stand in solidarity.
