eNews - 30 March 2020 - COVID-19 update

Travel restrictions

The SSTUWA shares the following advice from the Department of Education: The Department is working with the State Emergency control centre to seek exemptions for particular regional locations, for those staff who need to return home to their places of permanent residency, for the holiday period.

It is recognised that there are staff in regional and remote areas that need respite, and an opportunity to return to their homes during the school holidays.

The latest government information is here. You can find updates from the relevant departments and other sources here. Just check resources on the right hand side of the webpage.
