A series of three full-day forums are offered to classroom teachers looking to move into any school leadership role the future. If you are considering moving into a new role or postion such as a Level 3 CRT, HOD, HOLA, Curriculum Leader, Program Coordinator or Deputy, then these events are for you.
The forums will provide aspiring leaders the opportunity to build the skills, knowledge and understandings essential to successfully work in, and build collaborative organisations across a school setting.
You can attend one, two or all three connected forums.
Forum One: Friday 10 March

Forum Two: Friday 12 May
Dealing with Reactions to Change in Schools and Giving & Receiving Feedback - Vanessa Herbert, PDT Consultancy.
Forum Three: Friday 25 August
Dealing with Difficult Situations and Difficult People - Faye Harris, PDT Consultancy.

The three forums will be facilitated by three highly experienced directors/senior consultants from the PDT Consultancy group - Ian Crosby, Faye Harris and Vanessa Herbert. Each bring over 20 years experience in organisational and human resource development and have specialist experience working in educational contexts and with leaders across the Public Sector.
Classroom Teachers aspiring to move into a new leadership role or position in their school.
Members in schools and TAFE colleges are eligible for five days of paid leave per year to attend trade union training (TUT).
