This 4-hour ZOOM webinar targets those precious 10-15 minutes a day you get to spend with your guided reading groups in their first few years of schooling. Our unique routine will ensure that your readers get the very best out of this so important practice time. We deliberately shift the focus from teacher lead teachable moments to student lead reading practice that builds success, confidence and motivation on the way to decoding fluency.
Highly recommended for the experienced classroom teacher who is looking for a fresh approach to developing decoding fluency, the beginning teacher who needs some structure to get an effective reading program up and running, as well as the relieving teacher who needs a stand alone routine that can be quickly introduced as a one-off in an existing classroom program.
Please note: This approach can be used with any of your existing reading material. It is not dependent on customised resources.

We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work. We wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and future - and acknowledge the important role all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within Australia. We stand in solidarity.
