This course is designed to further develop the leadership qualities required of Union Representatives, Deputy Representatives and Women Contact Officers to confidently manage and implement union business at the worksite and beyond.
It will provide elected union delegates with additional knowledge and skills to confidently participate to support, advise, advocate and/or resolve conflict during dispute resolution processes.
On completion of the course, Union Delegates will have
