The Minister for Education, Toni Buti, has requested that the Director General of the Department of Education immediately investigate the issue of ‘red tape’ and its role as a common workload complaint in schools.
The Director General has sanctioned consultation that includes face-to-face sessions with teachers.
School Leaders are encouraged to release one delegate per Branch to attend this workshop supporting the Minister for Education’s and Director General’s ‘red tape' project.
The session will be conducted by Director Milanna Heberle from the recently formed System Response and Transformation branch.
