Executive may call for a general stoppage of work of not more than one day's duration on a motion passed by a two-thirds majority of Executive with a two-thirds majority of Executive being defined as meaning a two-thirds majority of the votes cast with all members having the opportunity to vote provided such notice was printed on the Notice Paper of a properly constituted meeting. A general strike of more than one day's duration may not be called unless approved by a majority of members casting valid votes in a referendum. Further, that the basis for such stoppages be only on educational or teacher industrial grounds.
