How do effective school and union leaders respond, manage and sustain positive working relationships in the workplace?

This new course is designed to develop skills enabling members to implement a range of effective management strategies whilst maintaining a proactive leadership role within the workplace.

Participants will explore:

• The reasons why peoples’ behaviour may be difficult.
• The differences in responses to situations
• Thinking styles in difficult situations.
• Effective strategies in uncovering the real reasons colleagues may be difficult.
• Coping strategies and actions which can be applied in the workplace.
