How does the law affect teachers at work in schools?

This course aims to:

  • Increase your knowledge of the laws governing teachers, administrators and students
  • Equip you with skills to deal with issues with legal parameter and implications
  • Build your confidence to advocate for dealing with management, colleagues and students

  • The laws that govern the school/college workplace
  • Industrial Law
  • Discipline, Physical Contact and Relations with Students
  • The Law for Parents and Members of the Public
  • Duty of Care
  • Management procedures and principles
