HOW TO ACCESS TOPS.

All full SSTUWA members can access TOPS online via the meber only area of the union website at anytime.

Members need to have authorised access to the member only area to use TOPS planner.

To access TOPS there are some ‘one-off’ set up procedures. If you already have a SSTUWA Website login, you can skip Step A below

A. Register For SSTUWA Website Access

1If you do not already have a login to this site. Click on 'Register’ on the top right side of the SSTUWA Website. 

2When the pop-up loads, complete your details - SSTUWA Membership Number, Name, EMail Address and select a password. To avoid delay - please check for accuracy.

3Go to your email in box and look for the confirmation email which will automatically be sent from the website. If this has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam email folder.

4The email contains your log in details and a link to click to confirm your details. Please click the activation link in the email to activate your account. As soon as you click this link, your account is active and you can log in. Do not delete this email, if contains your login details should you ever forget them.

5Once your account is active, you can access all areas of the SSTUWA Website member area including TOPS and other features.

B. Create Your TOPS Planner Account.

1Log on to the www.sstuwa.org.au site by clicking Login in the top right of the site - Use your Union Number and Password.

2Click the TOPS access link from the Members menu or from the Member Welcome Page. It will take you to the TOPS Welcome page.

3Read the instructions and click "Click Here To Access TOPS". Note, this is the page you will always visit before accessign the TOPS planner.

4If you have never used TOPS before, mouse down the page to ‘Create an account’ and fill in the requested details. Then at the bottom click ‘Create an Account’. 

5Your account will be created and you will then enter the TOPS planner - on subsequent visits, just clicking the "Click Here Top Open TOPS" link will take you straigh into the planner - however, you will still need to use your union number and password to log into the SSTUWA Website.
