TAFE: Urgent Advice: Auditor visits to classroom

sstuwa-tafe-dayURGENT ADVICE TO ALL TAFE MEMBERS AUDITOR OBSERVATIONS OF CLASS DELIVERY AND ASSESSMENT

It appears that the ASQA auditors are asking permission from individual lecturers to observe classroom delivery and assessments as part of the audit relating to international students.

Importantly, the SSTUWA has not been consulted with respect to this matter. The SSTUWA cautions members against allowing anyone to observe their class delivery or assessment as we do not know how this information will be used and for what purpose.
