ELECTION NOTICE
Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009
Nominations are called for:
NATIONAL ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER EDUCATION COMMITTEE (TAFE DIVISION) MEMBER (the member being nominated and the nominators must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander members)
Written nominations which, comply with the rules of the organisation must reach me not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 13 February 2012. Nominations cannot be withdrawn after this time. A copy of the nomination form and a copy of the election notice available on the AEC and Union’s Webpage.
Members’ attention is drawn to the appropriate Federal and Branch rules of the Union regarding the eligibility to be a candidate, a nominator and to vote.
