This one-day course will address your rights as a teacher in relation to workload and work overload as well as discussing key issues.
Questions around workload issues will be outlined including:
• What is your work?
• What do you do all day?
• What is required of you?
• What can you do to tackle workload issues?
The day will provide practical strategies and actions for dealing with work overload. It will help participants to identify formal and informal requirements of teachers and how to prioritise work across the school setting.
On completion of the course members will:
