Part One: Emotion Coaching Students
Learn the why and how when it comes to emotion coaching and co-regulation in schools. Emotion coaching is a practical behaviour support method which also fosters self-regulation and strengthens student-teacher relationships. This research-based approach helps children to identify, track and manage their emotions, leading to improved emotional intelligence and self-control.
Part Two: Understanding and Supporting Anxious Students (K-6)
This session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively support children experiencing anxiety.
