This one-day course has been specifically developed to support TAFE elected delegates to become familiar with the key components of the new WHS Act 2020 and WHS Regulations 2022 to assist them in the successful management of WHS at the college-level. The following key sections will be highlighted to ensure that your College is meeting requirements under the legislation.

Members in TAFE colleges are eligible for five days of paid leave per year to attend trade union training (TUT).
