After an outstanding featured speaker session at the 2025 SSTUWA Women's Conference, we are delighted to welcome back Bo Youn Kim to offer this extended two-hour session. Don't miss out on this one! A morning full of wonderful, relevant information and support for women of all ages.
This engaging session will include the diverse perimenopause and menopause symptoms and outline evidence-based treatment options. Bo will debunk the myths and misunderstandings of hormone replacement therapy.
She will also present a holistic approach to learning how to navigate the midlife healthier and happier and to thrive beyond menopause. Bo will share in-depth knowledge on diet, sleep, exercise and stress management in midlife and beyond.
