This new online discovery experience is designed to support union members who are planning to nominate for a union delegate position in 2026. Participants leave with knowledge of what being a delegate involves and the types of onging support available to help succeed in the role. A range of Union staff will work with aspiring representatives to explore and unpack what you need to know.
Whether you are a relatively new member, or have been an active member for sometime and just need a nudge, this course will support your decision making.
