Over the past five years the SSTUWA has invested in training five cohorts - around 60 delegates - of selected Union Representatives/Delegates the in the fundamentals of Growth Coaching. You're one of them. Congratulations, and thank you for being part of the journey.
The original purpose of the initiative was to:
This full day forum brings together all cohorts for the first time, facilitated by Ben Calleja (Growth Coaching International) and Natalie Swinbourn (SSTUWA). It's designed to deepen your coaching practice and reflect on how it's shaped your role and impact.

Members in schools and TAFE colleges are eligible for five days of paid leave per year to attend trade union training (TUT).
To comply with TUT leave requirements applicants must:
The school will not be charged for the salary of the person attending trade union training - this is covered by the DoE. However, if a relief teacher is required, this is funded through the school's one line budget.
