This new two-day course is designed for experienced Union Representatives and Deputy Representatives. If you have completed Union Representative Training Level One and Level Two prior to 2026, you are eligible to attend this Level Three event.
The training builds on your experience and provides further knowledge and skills that will support you in your role of providing ethical union leadership across your branch.
The complexity of modern-schools/colleges
and their communities can often create significant dissonance around our
own-and others - sense of what is ethically right and wrong in a range of
highly-charged situations.
The 2026 Level Three - Union Rep
Training will consist of two-days of professional learning that will work
toward building skills, knowledge, and understandings around ethical leadership
development. Scenarios and real problems will be the hallmark of this day.
Join David Price, Executive Coach and Ben Calleja, Director from CC Solutions for a scenario-based, hands-on learning that is tailored to real-world challenges faced by Union Reps. This approach will enable you as a union leader to not only understand ethical principles but also apply them in tangible ways.
