This two-hour online course will cover the key aspects of preparing for and performing effectively at interviews for teaching positions.
Participants will explore key preparatory activities such as considering the needs of the school, as well as the specific role and interests of the panel members.
The program will also cover considerations for making favourable first and final impressions and what to avoid during interviews.
Participants will also explore alternative and/or supplementary selection methods and processes used by panels at interviews, such as telephone interviews, tasks or role plays.
Please feel free to bring along your current resume and covering letter to reflect on during the session.
Please note this course is not applicable to teachers applying for Level 3 Classroom Teacher.
