This can lead to rewarding professional conversations where teachers debate their teaching philosophy and the link to classroom instruction and learn from each other, or it can lead to conflict and disagreement. It is a role for curriculum leaders to ensure that the conversation is professional, productive and rewarding for all involved. This session will explore strategies that will help you lead your team closer to lively, professional and productive conversations.
