This new online discovery experience is designed to support union members who are planning to nominate for a union delegate position in 2026. Participants will leave with knowledge of what being a delegate involves and the types of ongoing support available to help succeed in the role. Union staff will work with aspiring representatives to explore and unpack what you need to know.
Whether you are a relatively new member or have been an active member for some time and just need a nudge, this session will support you in your decision making to step into a delegate role in 2026.

We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work. We wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and future - and acknowledge the important role all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within Australia. We stand in solidarity.
