About the course

The SSTUWA, in partnership with TLN in Melbourne, are pleased to offer this online learning opportunity.

Psychological safety exists when individuals or groups feel free/safe to take risks, raise problems, disagree, ask questions, and admit mistakes.  This course will explore what psychological safety is, how it can benefit those working in schools, and how leaders of schools can create cultures of psychological safety. This leadership course will be especially helpful for new and emerging leaders who may have to have challenging conversations with more experienced colleagues in the team they are leading.

Delivery method: Live online event

The event will be three hours in duration via ZOOM and consist of live delivery of content at the specified time by a presenter and a host. You will also have an opportunity to interact with other participants and engage with the presenter online. Completing this course will contribute to three hours of professional learning and a certificate will be provided at the end of the session.
